Payment and Insurance

 Full payment for the initial intake will be charged at the time of booking. This is a nonrefundable cost unless canceled (or rescheduled) prior to 48 hours of your intake date. If a full evaluation is recommended, the intake payment will go towards the cost of the evaluation.

We will send you a link via your client portal to forms that will need to be completed prior to your initial intake.

Full payment for the assessment is charged upon booking of the assessment date. Families will be required to cancel (or reschedule) prior to 72 hours of their appointment date to recieve a full refund.

ANA does not currently accept payment from third-party payers (insurance) and is considered an “out of network” provider.

Although we do not accept insurance, your insurance company may reimburse you for some or all of our fees. We do not have any way to guarantee reimbursement amounts.

Please contact your insurance company directly to find out about their reimbursement policies. We can provide you with a copy of your bill containing all of the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company. You are responsible for submitting this bill and obtaining any reimbursement.

Insurance companies vary in the types of services they cover; some services may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement as part of your "out-of-network" benefits. Most insurance companies will only cover neuropsychological testing if it is medically necessary to make a diagnosis. Academic assessment is typically not covered by insurance.
